It is a light and compact WiFi router that does not need  constant mains power connection since it comes with a 1800 mA rechargeable battery which can last you up to 7 hours continuous usage time.
It has four LED indicators for signal, WiFi, SMS and battery.

Airtel mifi router can connect up to 15 devices over WiFi at a go, with a stable internet connection making it ideal for out of office group tasks.
The device supports 4G LTE (band 20), 3G, 2G with download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps on 4G.
This ability to support all the networks makes it usable almost everywhere. All that you will notice is a change in speed as it changes from 4G to 3G.
However, just like any other internet device it works best at 4G regions, and becomes almost useless in 2G zones.

Extra features.
Other features include an SD card slot up to 32 GB,1 micro USB port and the WiFi support.
You can store your files on the SD card(which you must buy separately) and later access or share them through the USB port or over WIFI with the devices on it's network.
Since this is an Airtel branded router, it has only one sim port locked to Airtel hence can only be used with this network.
There are a number of unlocked mifi routers in the market but will cost you slightly higher.
To set up your device you will need to download Huawei's HiLink app which will allow you access the mifi's dash board.
With the app you can check your SMS, data usage, add or remove connected devices and so much more.
