What is M-pesa global?
This is a service offered by Safaricom M-pesa that allows it's registered M-Pesa users to send and receive money to/from almost any part of the world.
The service is aimed at international money transfers, both within the East African region and abroad.

With M-pesa global you can now transfer money between your PayPal account and Mpesa. This has greatly reduced the transaction charges and transfer duration.
Like wise, if for one reason or another you prefer to use Skrill, then you are not left out, since you can withdraw money from your skrill account directly to mpesa. however, unlike paypal, you cannot transfer money from mpesa to skrill at the moment.
Other such partnerships include Mpesa and western union, and those who are in the diaspora can send money to any M-pesa account directly from abroad with world remit.
