Nokia 2v Tella Specifications And Price In Kenya: Techrunda.

Released October 2020, the Nokia 2V Tella is an entry-level smartphone exclusive to Verizon customers with a price of Ksh. 9,763.

The phone has almost the same specs as the Nokia C series phones including a traditional design and look, a 5.45 inch display and dual cameras.

The 4G LTE enabled Nokia 2v Tella however has an impressive 300 and 50 Mbps Download and upload speeds much faster than other entry-level  LTE phones that largely have top speeds of 150/50 Mbps.

It features a 5.45 inch IPS LCD screen with an HD display resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels exactly the same as the Nokia C1 Plus and almost similar to other Nokia C phones.

The phone is powered by the Mediatek Helio A22 processor, a 16nm chipset that is also found in the Nokia C2 Tennen which is exclusive to cricket customers. The Helio A22 has a top clock speed of 2.0 GHz, and that's why I usually prefer this processor over the 1.3 GHz Snapdragon 215 in the Nokia 1.3 and Nokia 1.4.

The processor is supported by 2GB RAM, which more than enough for such an entry-level phone. It also comes with 16GB internal storage with an option to expand via an SD card, and is also available in only one color of Blue.

Nokia 2V Tella Price In Kenya And Key specs:
The phone is retailing at USD. 89 which is approximately Ksh. 9,763, and as said earlier it is only available for Verizon customers so you might not come across this phone in the country, but there are a number of alternatives you can go for.
It's key specs are:
  • Price: Ksh. 9,763.
  • Screen size: 5.45.
  • Memory 2/16GB.
  • Processor: Mediatek Helio A22 (16nm).
  • Cameras: Dual 8MP + 2MP rear cameras and a single 5MP front camera.
  • Battery: Removable Li-po 3,000 mAh with 10W fast charge support.
The Nokia 2V Tella has a long list of Competitors  most of which have almost the same specs and within the same price range. The Nokia 2.3 which is available in the country at a price of Ksh. 10,499 is one of it's best alternatives having the same Mediatek Helio A22 processor, dual cameras and the same memory capacity. However the Nokia 2.3 is slightly more beautiful than the 2V Tella thanks to it's modern design and has a slightly bigger 4,000 mAh battery.
Another close Competitor is the recently launched Realme C12, a budget Smartphone well known for it's long lasting 6,000 mAh battery. Though it might be slightly expensive, realme C12 has a bigger 6.5 inch display and a slightly powerful Mediatek Helio G35 Processor.
Other phones you can check out before settling for this phone include the Infinix Hot series, the Nokia 2.2 and the 2019 Vivo V90.
Just like many other Nokia phones, the Nokia 2V Tella comes with a clean Android 10 which ensures a much cleaner and perfect user experience with zero bloatware and ads, a bigger advantage over the likes of Infinix and Tecno phones.

Zawadi is a Swahili term for a gift or to reward.
